RW-TURP: Permit Extension did not UPDATE the date when the Franchise/COA Department info was set to Private (PVT) #73

Permit Extension Did NOT update the date "Expires Date" on the Folder tab when the permit Extension was entered in the Process Info (Tried 10 and 180 days for Tier 1) The dates on the Folder Tab should have reflected the 180 or 10 days added to the current day. The Attempts and process info added should have changed the dates on the folder tab from Dec 30, 2020 to Jun 27, 2021, from Feb 27, 2021 to Aug 25, 2021, from Feb 27, 2021 to Mar 08, 2021, from Mar 09, 2021 to Mar 18, 2021 The last one one worked but it was after changing the Franchise/COA Division owner field in the info to AEU COA-Austin Energy instead of it being left as Private (PVT).

I was able to duplicate this issue on test RSN 12594885.

In this example, the folder issue date should have updated to sysdate, and the expiration date should have updated to the value in folder info Extension End Date 75994, 2/15/21.
