OSE: Event Review Rejection Bug #91

When this process is rejected, the folder status should update to Rejected. W/ v7 no status update happened.

@Nadin-Nader I tested this in V6 and rejecting the event review doesn't update folder status at all. Just FYI. I'm closing this.
