Device ID Count Is Low #254

Currently the device ID count is reporting a lower number than expected because the LIMIT parameter is limiting total records returned by the device ID count to 49,999.

@mateoclarke i don't know how to deploy changes to the dockless-data app. the updated query is merged to master but the app is still using the old query.
