Rename Dockless Vehicle Trips dataset and Dockless Data Explorer to reflect "Shared Micromobility" #294

In rebranding the Shared Micromobility Dashboard, I came across a couple of other resources that should be renamed:

[ ] Dockless Vehicle Trips
[ ] Dockless Data Explorer

The Shared Micromobility Dashboard references these in the "about" section, so I went ahead and changed the text there. If we also rename the URLs for these resources, I will go back and update those links in the Shared Micromobility Dashboard.

Renamed dataset from "Dockless Vehicle Trips" to "Shared Micromobility Vehicle Trips." Submitted PR #111 (294 rename micromobility) which should create the new URL micromobility.austintexas.io, which we can start using instead of dockless.austintexas.io. Both URLs should still work though, in case anyone navigates to the old one.
