Dockless mobility restricited trails symbology #102

Background: The City of Austin has restricted access to some trails by dockless mobility devices. It will be necessary to symbolyze which trails are restricted on the bike map.

Waiting on feedback on whether to move ahead with this symbology or not.

Instead of symbology on trails, the following text will be added to the map: “Scooter use is limited to roads and paved trails/sidewalks within parklands.”
