• Chef Automation Consulting Support (Sam is requesting 4 credits)

• COA Resource Recovery URO Hub Proof of Concept Esri Support

  • ArcGIS Hub and Survey 1-2-3 proof of concept
  • Will require custom development
  • Requesting 88 credits

• GeoEvent Jumpstart

  • Esri was on site
  • Met with ATD, DSD, PW, EMS
  • Can provide Compass Com data

• Impervious Cover

  • Meeting last week with Stakeholders
  • Next step is to send out for bids

• GIS Roadmap

  • Andrew needs to put together a survey to prepare for meetings
  • May be asking users to vote on Road Map projects
  • Any projects that users would like to add

• ATX GIS Day

  • 11/13, 1:00-5:00 at the Library
  • Atxgisday.org

• ArcGIS Urban Tool

  • Received 2 evaluation licenses
  • The process is involved, trying to get things setup so they can move forward with project
  • If interested, talk to Paul Frank or PAZ GIS SPOC

• ArcGIS Performance Issues

  • Working on this problem that APD is having with performance of the GIS on their network
  • Been working with Pete at Esri monitoring the issues

• Geoanalytics Program

  • Biggest issue they discovered was communication
  • Excel Spreadsheet located on Trello Board under Geoanalytics

• AGOL

  • AGOL Subcommittee will be on 11/20

• Training

  • Voting on training for next year
  • Option 3 was voted on, had only one Spatial Analysis class, more Migrating, Workflow, and Editing classes in Pro

• CTECC

  • Going with GeoComm for getting streets unpinched
  • Jacquie got it setup for CTECC

• Connected Vehicle Program will be replacing Compass Com

  • Timeline for project - vendor selection, 5 bids back
  • Panel needs to review bids
  • Panel to test 2 systems before choosing
  • Rollout of modems may be by end of next year
  • CTM is requesting access to the AVL data

• Nearmap

  • Getting more interest from other departments that have not been using it in the past
  • Renewal is coming up if any department has any input

• Ashley Parsons will be leaving CTM GIS

  • BSA Senior position will be opening up at CTM in December

• PARD - Homelessness Issues

  • Trying to collect encampment data, but trying to keep it safe and not used for the wrong reasons
  • Homeless street team has been dropping points spatially to keep better track of where the homeless are living
  • EMS, CODE, PARD data are current for tracking homelessness
  • Camping Ordinance Map - Wildfire Risk Areas - on AGOL
  • Health department is planning an assessment in the near future
