CM Kitchen has requested a table/map of train track crossings to highlight those that prove to be hazardous to cross.

Find out the angle at which roads cross train tracks
- Exclude bridges, as these don't present a barrier to biking and walking
Include relevant fields from CTN, like Bike Facilities, Through Lanes, Speed Limits, Street Level
Include sidewalk data
