Sangeeta received a copy of the Vision Zero Vision Team's polygon layer that coincides with the HIN. She asked that it be loaded to the TDSD Web Map for her team to have access to.

Double checked with Joel on the level of sharing for this layer as it belongs to his group.
Published feature layer to AGOL and saved to TDSD folder.
Added to TDSD Web Map and configured.
