- Scooters
- Wood St - take all spaces for scooters
- Central, West, and East sections for Comal St for scooters ○ 24 spaces on Comal will be used ○ Will need to put signs up as it's not regulated parking ○ Area in front of cemetery is state owned road
- Parking will be more strict this year for scooters getting picked up. If they are still there next morning, they will be impounding and not permitting as many for next day
- Rainey St - put on Driskill, share space with pedicabs, need good signage. In between Red River and Rainey. All parking will be removed in this area.
- Rainey St - all parking removed on 3/11, full closure on 3/12
- TNC - Joseph will send over something end of week
- Revel - 1st SXSW, has vehicles, will need to put in Special Event Permit. Joseph will know by end of week if they need spaces
Scooter Sign Deployment Plan
- Joseph put in request to sign shop for how many are in the inventory
- OSE has 16 signs
- Signage plan from last year, need to adjust for this year
- Richard is going to work with AWP to make sure we get them back this year
Pedicabs
- Patricia from Pedicabs says they are not allowed on Frontage Roads.
- Will stick with current plan for Pedicabs
- Update last year's map with new info, but keep it the same (can work this Map)
Bike Corrals
- Sophia needs to work more with Parking for how it's going to work
- S Congress
End of Night Plan
- APD has made a request to get help from Signals to get people out of the downtown area.
- Extending eastbound traffic for longer periods of time to get people moving.
- Ben with MMC will work on getting a plan together. Signals will be scheduled to run a specific way and monitor how it's going.
- Make sure everyone is communicating to make this happen
Electric Drive - nobody present at meeting
COA Traffic Control Crew - Chris working with Richard on those plans
Command Center - spreadsheet has been published by Ryan.
- Maybe look into camera operating training
- Ryan to send me schedule to so I can see dates/times
- Ryan said he believed GIS went by Homeland Security times in Operations Center
