Discuss 311 bike rack requests with Sophia #606

People approach PE staff while they install/maintain bike racks, and state that they're very happy to see bike racks finally getting worked on, and are curious about ways to submit feedback. There might be potential to add requests for bike racks to 311 app. If so, it may be possible to add these requests to an AGOL map (as shown through the test data that Tyler and I generated during discovery day).

It is now possible for the public to submit applications to the City of Austin by sending an email or submitting these fillable PDFs. However, there is potential for these requests to end up creating more paperwork. @johnclary , would this be a form more appropriately done through Knack?

Yes, this can be done and sounds like a fairly small project. We would need someone from ATSD to submit our project request form
