- Dept Admin to create a Hub site.
- Then can share content from there once it's created.
- Available and ready to use
- Look into using this for SXSW possibly AGOL Roles
- Bryan T. would like to give more rights to Dept Publisher Accounts. Many users voiced opinions about not doing this as Admins have too much power within AGOL. PW now has more people with access to Dept Admin account which is making it a little easier for managing.
- Andrew went through the roles in Esri
- Bryan reiterated that their interest was only in Group management to make it easier for Power Users to add/remove users from Groups. Vector Tile Package
- Try out the Vector Tile Packages that Ben sent an email out for.
- Vector Tile Packages are available offline
- Raster Basemaps will continue to be available, but will be removed from the Basemap Gallery. Distributed Collaboration
- Janny asked about sharing data between Organizations. AGOL to AGOL is not an option.
- You need ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Org, we only have the bare bones, but not fully setup.
- Bryan T. asked about guidance from CTM for Sharing and inviting outside users into the Org Citywide AGOL Meeting is scheduled for 3/12, may be changed since the meeting announcement has not been sent out at this point.
