We have a new designer, Eric Virag (on copy). Can you advise how best to get him access to the data collection request tool in Knack?

Added user to the Data Tracker Production environment.

I’ve added you to the Data Tracker. You can go to the log-in page and reset your password from the log-in page. The next time you log in you can try using the COACD button the next log in attempt.
