Took away empty records - Andrea and Richard can still be seen, might be gone next month. Most of Andrea's cases were submitted in December.
Existing Report - Average Review Time (Business Days)
Month to Date - Review Completed Date
Existing Report - Average Review Time by Month (Business Days)
This Year - Submitted Date
Draft Report - Average Review Time (Business Days) Month to Date - Review_Completed_Date
Draft Report - Average Review Time by Month (Business Days) This Year - Review_Completed_Date
Another discrepancy I noticed while looking at this issue. Going to fix this. Not sure if this gets pulled in any report.
A case has not been assigned a reviewer, although the review is complete - this is the existing discrepancy between the draft reports
@johnclary this was the same issue as last time, I am not sure why the report switched back to Submitted Date. Changing the filter to Review Completed Date has synced the reports. There is one unassigned case that accounts for the difference between the two numbers. I also changed the report to not show any empty records, and that took reduced the number of reviewers. Both reports are labelled Draft and are at the very end of the page. Checked both reports over a few days to make sure the error doesn't get reintroduced.
If you want to take a look, and let me know if you see any more changes, I can then get back to Ryan. I will have to put in a note about the average calculations (since that is dependent on the number of reviewers and looks off especially at the start of the month).
@SurbhiBakshi looks great! thanks for your work on this. Please let Ryan know.
Still have some issues with inconsistent data in the TCP tracker. Also, it needs to be cleaned up for this years Average Review Time Report, because we only have 4 reviewers left in the ROW Division. So how it’s calculating the average is wrong.

Month to date, does not match year to date for the same month?
