Ed was slated for Citrix in the remote work spreadsheet. He might have time tomorrow to do a screenshare where I can help him remote in via Citrix. If that doesn't work, I will submit a help desk ticket for GoToMyPC.

Walked Ed through Citrix process when he was at his work computer. He was able to access his PC via Remote desktop. He will let me know if it doesn't work for him at home.
