As I was testing, I stumbled upon some changes that needed to happen.

CHANGES

Update "Add Item" form, Added "Unit" as field to be auto-populated to 2350 when user selects "Inventory" is "Yes"
Removed "Purchase Review" on filter, on the "Manage Purchase Requests" page table

Also, REMOVED PRs and REVIEWS records that were "TEST"
