Change PR assignment to AD - J. Dale #25

Van emailed me to ask for assistance.

PR was over $5k and needed AD approval, only had supervisor. She Returned to Requester, but that only gave it back to Kati so that the requester could fix the PR. It doesn't allow the user to reassign, but only submit back to Budget Reveiw.

Can you assign this PR to Jim? When you have a chance, can we talk about this issue?

I went into the system and noticed that the filter for the "Budget Review" form was incorrect and it didn't show the "Assigned To" field when it selected "Reassign to Reviewer".

I fixed it and emailed Van and Kati back

I see that you returned the PR to Kati and what probably should have happened is you selected "Assign to Reviewer” and assigned to Jim Dale. Just for the future if this happens again.

I’ve assigned it to Jim Dale in the system. He should be emailed that a PR needs his review.
