@TracyLinder @amenity here's your bug report. What should change r.e. formatting and content? I can add markdown/linebreaks to the content. Planning on dropping "request ID" and "DTS URL". Note that the problem description is mapped to the issue title, severity goes to the Impact label, Type: Bug Report and Workgroup: xxx labels are also applied.
