BUG - Total Cost & Remaining balance are incorrect even if line item is removed #39

Called me saying there was an issue with PR 2019-0879. The line items were being weird.

We troubleshooted a few things. Added a new line item and re-added it. The Total Cost didn't change. When we deleted all line items, it still wasn't 0.00. So that's when I suggested to recreate the PR.

I created a PR: 2019-0901 and was going to add the line item to see if the Total Cost would be correct. It is.

[x] Re-associate - attachments
[x] Re-associate - reviews
[x] Change status to the same one as 0879

I was able to create a new PR and move the attachments and reviews and back date it also It's PR 2019-0901. It's in the same "Processing | Purchasing" status also https://atd.knack.com/finance-purchasing#purchase-requests/purchase-request-details/5d56bfda6a31cb0010a5cf8e/. I think after you review, we can cancel the old one.
