Change PR 2019-0610 and 2019-0609 to Ken Bragdon, Change email settings. #40

Please remove Ramona from the Purchasing Request system because she still receives email.

Ramona is still getting emails from the system, need to look at email settings.

In the back end I re-assigned to these PRs to Ken, I’m going to check the automated email settings to fix them.

Checked the PR history and confirmed when Ramona was assigned the PR. It was back in May when she was still here. I updated the Technology Review email settings to remove "Garry". Ramona wasn't on any automated emails so no changes needed to be made.

I checked the PRs 2019-0609 and 0610. Ramona was assigned way back in May and you guys never reassigned it. You can do that in a “Process Purchasing” status without having me change it. I believe it’s a choice on the form. I checked the automated emails, Ramona’s email was never configured to receive any emails so that wasn’t a problem.
