I need your help. Van said you could assign Jim’s approval rights to me while he is out this week. I’m interim AD.

I can assign this particular purchase request while Jim is out, it’s not a blanket permission. You’d have to let his divisions that report to him if they’re submitting PRs that need AD approval while he’s out that they need to assign it to you, otherwise I have to manually reassign it.
