Units - not selectable by "user" user role - D.Valbracht #45

Users are reporting not being able to see all the appropriate units when completing the funding information for a PR. I have walked through with an end user to confirm that while I can update the funding correctly as the budget review, PR submitters are not able to see all the necessary units.

Called Dan, did screen share/call. Was able to determine the issue.

On the Add Item form, the user was unable to select a unit 3240, but when the line item was on the page the unit was select-able.

I checked the form and there was a filter for "status" is active. I checked the units object table and there was a status field, but there was also an "Active" field. The status fields weren't all populated. I populated them based on the missing information and the form worked properly.
