I have not been able to log in to knack since my computer restarted and it will not allow me to reset my password via email confirmation. Please advise if you can assist.

Called user to do phone/screen share. Was getting him logged into Skype for Business.

Made sure he had the correct URL, looked like he was just going to atd.knack.com, which isn't correct. Once he clicked on the URL he was prompted to log in with city email credentials and saw that user was able to sign in.
