This includes the custom JS and CSS that currently lives and was tested in Finance and Purchasing System | PRODUCTION. I pulled from the branch 1023-batch-receiving in https://github.com/cityofaustin/atd-knack-signs-markings and then realized that I could have just copied/pasted to the code in this branch 🤷♂. So, the history looks strange here but the file changes are accurate, though.
