I was informed that I should email you to modify my Knack login to remove the –contractor from my email address.

You were in the system twice. I made account with the contractor one “inactive”. Try logging in and let me know. I’ll be in the office all day, so let me know if it is unsuccessful and I’ll try deleting it instead.
