@johnclary I confirmed in the 311 Prod system that is hadn't been closed. It's currently in "Work In Progress" status. However, it has the "Close Issue (Duplicate) - This is a duplicate so it has been closed." status and activity on the Activity notes.

Decided to leave the SR #19-00298232 alone. Ended up deleting the SR #195 .
