Can you give Alyssa access to data tracker for Arterial Management and Signs and Markings Work Orders/Regulations?

For Arterial: Alyssa needs to be able to access the signals locations so she can pull the timing sheets off the G:drive and for Signs & Markings she’ll need to be able to access the work orders so she can look up completion dates for Regs

Let me know if you have any questions or if we can access this from the data portal- If the timing sheets are available through the portal could I possibly use the direct link to provide requestors for open records?
