Met with Kati and Christina to finalize optimization changes in the My Work Order | Signs and Jobs pages for tablets.

Mike pushed the PR changes to Production, we tested it and everything looks pretty good. Small enhancement on the browse to file button on the Add Photo form and Add Attachment form.
