BUG: SR Issues, Spot311 Interface Attachments not attached

SR 19-00367390 came into Data Tracker with the details saying “See Flex Notes” but there are no flex notes on the SR in Data Tracker or in 311. How is the “Details” column being populated? There is, however, an image attached in 311 that doesn’t seem to have come into Data Tracker. Are attachments from 311 pulled over into Data Tracker?

Looked into this one:

• 311 image never came through from app, attachment from Spot311 Interface
• The other flex notes are missing, they show on the 311 system side though
• No flex note of the attachment in Knack, no other flex notes on this record.
• 311 system has an attachment

There is another SR 19-00367482 where the details just says “see attached picture” but there is no picture in Data Tracker and there are no flex notes so we cannot tell what work needs to be done since the image did not come over.

SR 19-00376344 seems to have an attachment flex note come in as triplicate. It's the same photo. Same photo URL..weird

based on research with Diana, it looks like this is related to the many 502 errors we're seeing from the ESB.

@dianamartin see dependency. i'm currently testing a patch to our ESB integration server (knack-proxy) to see if this helps. will keep you posted.
