Technician wasn't show up on Time Log form - M. Serrano #248

since yesterday I haven't been able to put my name in as the technician doing the work. When I type my name in nothing comes up.

I tested the time log form and tried to type and select Michael's name, but couldn't. So I checked the filter on the technician field.

User Status - active Division is - Signs and Markings

So I check Michael's account and his user status said locked. I had never seen that before, but I changed it back to active. Tested the form and his name popped up.
