Dup work order: SGN19-009225, SAM19-014175 #252

Called me to let me know that they had a work order SAM19-014175 that came in, but because it didn't have the regulation yet it couldn't be issued. However, Mr. Lee did a maintenance ticket SGN19-009225 and did the work.

All the work is on the maintenance ticket, but needs to be on the SAM19-014175 work order. We can't close it bc we need to add the locations, assets, time and materials, time before we can.

Originally, was thinking of moving the actuals from the maintenance to the engineer work order, but now that I'm thinking about it. I think coverting the Maintenance ticket into the Parking Enterprise bc we just have to add the 2 attachments than reassigning 6 things. (2 locations, 2 assets, 1 time log, 1 materials record). Will talk to Kati and Christina Friday/Next Week.

Talked to Christina this morning to clarify the situation. We agreed we'd call/screen share and consolidate the work orders together.

Christina's been in training all day today (10/22), hopefully will finish this tomorrow.

Talked to Kati since Christina was out for a conference and we decided to move the records created in the Maintenance ticket SGN19-009225 to the engineer work order ticket SAM19-014175 instead.

After moving the related time log, materials, locations to the engineer work order, i deleted the maintenance ticket. (SGN19-009225)
