Feature: "Dispatch Technician/Crew" activity to prompt auto note (SR Details)

I want to be able to convert the SR to a wO/JOB that it creates an activity for "Dispatch Technician/Crew"' with a note that says,

"Thank you for your request. We will dispatch a technician to field check this location." on the SR Details page
