I want to be able to see the "Work Completed Note" that the markings work groups have entered and have the ability to edit and change the note as needed before it is published as a CSR Activity

Added Work Completed Note JOB on the Jobs details and work order details page.

Modify 'Closed Work Order` on Supervisor buttons

[ ] Added table for Jobs - Had all the Work Completed Note - Jobs

Added to Form
[ ] Added Work Order Note
[ ] Added Requester

Added Display Rules

Requester is 311 SR show/hide - Work Completed Note show/hide - Requester

Added Record Rules

[ ] Added CSR rule
[ ] Added CSR Activity (Set to DO NOT SEND temporarily)
