I want to be able to see the related WO/JOB comments so I can see the full context of a work task

Added the comments table similarly to the Signs Service Request details page. Had to add a connection from the comments to the csr issues object, which is the same for Signs. This did not work.

I added a comment from a work order record and a job record and neither showed up on the Markings Service Request details page.

Talked to John about this, figured out I needed to reference a different table. Once we added the table, the test comment records I had made showed up on there.
