Feature: Change GIS QA to after Final Review

I want to be able to close a Markings WO without having the GIS QA status prevent me from closing the WO.

Removing the conditional rules on the work order status field of the work order markings object table.

On Work Order Markings>Work Order Status (conditional rules)

• this will completely remove the “NEEDS GIS” status from workflows
• you will then need to add the GIS_QA_COMPLETE field like we do with signs
