Feature: Markings CSR workflow, publishing activities #299

I want to be able to publish activities that reflect the work order status of the SR. (ie. Repairs Complete)

Does Markings want to publish a `Repair Complete' when the Work Order is Closed?

Option 1

  1. Dispatch Technician/Crew
  2. Closed Issued (Resolved)

Option 2

  1. Dispatch Technician/Crew
  2. Repairs Complete
  3. Closed Issued (Resolved)

Talked with Christina and she said Option 1 worked for her.

Option 1

@johnclary So the SR would remain in In Progress, but the related Work Order Status that appears on the table would be highlighted in a green background. I think we need to do this with custom JS.

Talked to Mike and ended up creating an issue for him to check out the JS code #303
