When accessing the app from an Android tablet with an Airwatch profile as a Web Links application (https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-AirWatch/9.3/vmware-airwatch-guides-93/GUID-AW93-Web_Apps.html), there is no browser navigation bar. This leaves the user with no way to refresh a page if needed.
Need to add button that refreshes page to the header.
