For VZA App 1.0, we do not need officers to create their own accounts. All we need is to have a list of officers that Randy can use to assign to shifts so that we are collecting data on filled and unfilled shifts.
When we introduce officers to using the VZA App in the 2.0 release, we would ideally go to them with Randy and Lewis to do a training.
