Describe the problem.

It would be very helpful to have Speed Limit data in ROWPACT. At one point, this data was reflected on the majority of street in the "Streets" layer, once "View Additional Details" was selected. (See attached image.) Not sure how/why that info dropped off.

Emailed user to let her know that a project is currently underway for speed limit data and that I would get them added into ROWPACT when they become available. Moving Issue to the backlog until speed limit data is ready.
