@johnclary - if you could take a quick look at this and add comments that would be great.

One specific question, wondering if we can reword 5.2 in the requirements doc from "Provide the ability to integrate with ATD's data warehouse, and knack.com." so that it's more generic about the platform and specific about the desired capability, e.g. "Ability to access data and process payments via a RESTful API."

@johnclary - bumping this to Sprint 2. Parking is looking at it next week, so as long as you can give it a once-over by 5/5 we're good!
