We need instructions for using Jenkins for on-prem CF servers.

I am not understanding which instructions you need.

@mattlangan is probably requesting what are the steps to be followed when a new department needs to have a folder on our server. How do they channel the request (help desk?) and what are the steps you do from the time you see that ticket till you close it out.

@divyarathanlal @fshotlow right. These Issues are just a place for me to dump random thoughts about things to consider doing in the future, but are not meant to be active "To Do" items unless explicitly assigned.

@fshotlow Just assigned this to you so now it's "official" 😄.

Yesterday you mentioned an XML config file and a couple of other steps in the deployment process.

For this task, follow our feature branching workflow to add a new file hosting.md and add instructions for taking a locally-hosted project and integrating with with Jenkins CI and deploying via webhooks as well as manually.

Don't worry about pushing up the perfect docs when you commit. Instead, just push it up once you feel like there's enough there to review and then open a Pull Request and assign it to me, and we'll discuss in the PR discussion thread.
