@fshotlow Feature branches need to be created from master. Please create a clean feature branch for hosting.md and then submit a new PR and delete this branch. It's important to avoid a muddied commit history so we want to make sure we don't have repeated or merge commits in a feature branch.

Actually now that I think about it you might just be able to change this open PR from the "hosting-guide" branch to the clean one, allowing us to retain this discussion history.
