update icons - zoomed out - color impairments #283

For someone w/ monochromacy they are unable to distinguish between open and closed. markers should be distinguishable.

Todo: pick a better color that leads to better contrast, rather than change the shape of the icon.

I've exported from illustrator and it renders ok tiny in a browser, but don't know how it'll do in mapbox.
