The data downloads for crossing histories includes communities, but it uses the ID. The admins utilizing the system will not necessarily know what those map to. Can we change this to be the text identifier that they see within the UI?
Steps to recreate:
log into floodstest.austintexas.io/dashboard
click on crossings history in the top menu
click on download link
open download
Current behavior:
User sees id's
Requested behavior:
User sees "City of Cedar Park" instead of "9003", etc for each matching identifier.
