no indication on submit for invalid email/password

Problem: When I am on the log in screen and I enter an invalid email account or password, i get no indication that this has occurred.

Steps to recreate:

• Go to floodstest.austintexas.io/dashboard
• Enter an invalid email account OR a valid email account with an invalid password
• Click submit

Expected results: User is told "You have entered an invalid email or password."

Actual results: There is no indication that the submit button worked.

Recreated on Windows 10 w/ Chrome v71, MAC Chrome v70, and Windows Edge v18
