Truncations on Project card views #111

110 We should do a better job with handling the text on the project cards, and avoid truncating.

The team should discuss the following and other options. This may mean limiting the project summary character count, or creating an additional "preview" field on the project card which adheres to a character count which will fit on the card.

In a few instances, the city goals also runs over. (Smart Trips is an example) We may be able to handle this field differently. (if more than two, then "plus 2 more" or similar)

We're now talking about creating a long and short version of project descriptions.

This would be important for the next iteration of an editorial workflow.
