Purpose: Show the difference between the housed and return to homelessness population. Side by side bar chart to show the percentage of the population that returns to homelessness versus the total housed population. Darker purple color to show the percentage of the housed homelessness population, and green to de-emphasize the returns while still showcasing the returns population first in the chart. Notes: The data categories don't line up precisely.
Age
Notes: Children make up a smaller percentage of the returns to homelessness then the housed population, while adults make up a slightly larger percentage of returns.
