opening this to start a discussion on what we want for the disclaimer:
pop up behavior
do want this show up automatically on visit? Every time, or just the first time you visit (thats extra work, we'd have to set a cookie or localStorage object).
Alternativley, whats the deal with the data button? in this case, I made it so the info/disclaimer pops up when you click the Data button. That could give the data button something useful to do?
pulling more content from seperate files
this PR also experiments with pulling in more content from files stored on the repo and uses a library for parsing markdown
in this case, updating content could look like:
copy from google docs and/or use the google docs to markdown chrome extension to paste in updates as markdown to the proper file.
is this easy enough to work with for content? a little easier than JSON? (basically copy-paste into the backticks, keeping in mind that it is whitespace sensitive. It might be only marginally easier than pasting in html via a similar process, but im open to options
