Hello Open Data Liaisons!
Please help us learn more about our city data resources! We'd like to ask you some questions about your department's Key Performance Indicators.
We're asking for a quick turnaround.
This project is ambitious -- over the next two weeks, we will all work together to complete over 200 surveys! So our team has worked hard to make these surveys efficient and worth your valuable time. This important survey period will close on Friday, Nov 4, 2016.
We're rolling out concierge-style support.
You will have your own designated human to walk you through the process if needed. You can find your concierge contact on the project website at https://coa-kpi-data.herokuapp.com/help
What we need from open data liaisons (you!):
- Please familiarize yourself with the project website at https://coa-kpi-data.herokuapp.com/participate
- Review your department's list of surveys. You'll see one survey for each KPI.
- Designate yourself or another City staffer to complete each survey on behalf of your department.
- Feel free to click and explore a survey to get a sense of what you'll need to get done. Incomplete responses will not be processed.
- Expect your concierge to follow up with you after your department has submitted responses. Or if you're MIA. We gotta get this done!
We've received great feedback from testers about this project so far. Looking forward to sharing the findings with you all in mid November!
