Add vertical scrollbar to the uploaded document list view on mobile #10

User story:

As a document Owner, I need fully visible scroll bars on all my devices so that I don't miss important bits of information that may be overflowing on the page.

Description:

Add a visible vertical scroll bar to the mobile uploaded document list view to give an indication there are more available documents in the uploaded list

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior example:

  1. Go to the URL mentioned above(Refer to URL) using mobile
  2. Click on the "Find me" to login(Credentials: owner,owner)
  3. Notice the uploaded document list under "My Documents"
  4. There is no visible scroller available without interacting with the page 5.See Error

Expected behavior A visible scrollbar should be available when the user is not interacting with the mobile
