We have early documentation on HMIS and holding people's documents, but we need to have a better understanding and document that understanding of how MyPass relates to HMIS. If features need to be developed, we need to understand and document that, too.

Acceptance of the platform
Helps answer how and in what conditions the helpers and verifiers will accept documents from the platform
Communicating about the platform
All the things we needs to do to tell others about the platform - emphasis on user adoption, administrator adoption, buy-in for governance, and seeking funding
